No. A qualified eIDAS timestamp (EU Regulation No 910/2014, Art. 41) enjoys a presumption of accuracy of the date and time and of the integrity of the data. An electronic document has the same evidential value as a paper document when the author can be duly identified and integrity is guaranteed (French Civil Code, Art. 1366); evidence may be provided by any means (Art. 1358).
