FAQ
How does consumption work?
Each sealed proof consumes tokens included in your plan (photo, video, dossier seal). A rejection consumes nothing. Volumes and amounts appear after sign-in, before payment.
Can I buy tokens without a subscription?
No. An active plan is required to seal. Packs are available if you exceed the included volume.
What happens if I cancel?
No new sealing. Without regularisation, access to hosted media is cut after a 15-day grace period. Export your proofs: seals already issued remain verifiable outside VERiXiS storage.
What if I exceed my volume?
Alert at 80%. At 100%, token packs or a plan upgrade. Never a silent block. A missed proof cannot be recovered.
Do my proofs stay available if I change plan?
Yes while your subscription is active: library, export and public verification remain available.
Is there a free trial?
