What happens today
Your installers send photos by messaging apps. You cannot tell if they come from the right site, the right day, or were used elsewhere. At audit, you can neither confirm nor deny it.

Does this replace an on-site audit?
No. It is an upstream control layer for every site, while on-site audits remain sample-based.
Will my installers follow?
They capture as usual. The only difference: they cannot send an image taken elsewhere.
